Right to information and right of access to your personal data

You may request that we erase (part of) your personal data

  • if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;

  • if you have other legitimate grounds for objecting to the processing of your personal data;
  • if we process your personal data unlawfully; or
  • if the deletion of your personal data is necessary to fulfill one of our legal obligations.
